I called Steve with The Plumbing Company with plumbing questions. Although he told me he didn't do my kind of plumbing repair he talked to me for 20 minutes about the problem answering questions and giving me recommendations! He was wonderful, kind and helpful! He renewed my faith in humanity! I will use The Plumbing Company from now on!
We recently purchased a home in Santa Fe, and during the inspection they said the boiler was past its useful life and needed to be replaced. We had two other companies inspect the unit, and they agreed a replacement was in order. They both came in around $7,000 for the work...thanks goodness we called Steve at The Plumbing Company. He inspected the unit and thought it still had many good years in it. He sent out Justin to flush the system, pressure test it, and make sure everything worked. All told, including a third visit to remove the pressure test valve and ensure everything worked 100% perfectly, we wound up paying around $400. Our system works great, and we have the piece of mind knowing it has been inspected by a pro...not to mention saving $1,000's of dollars. This is a great company, and I am happy to recommend them!
All contacts with this company were exemplary. Concerns immediately addressed and work done completely, swiftly, and quietly. All professionals. In my Contacts list now.
I hired The Plumbing Company to prepare my house for non-occupation. Steve was incredibly friendly and I was able to schedule the appointment with very little notice. They did everything I asked, and they also provided recommendations to improve/fix my plumbing system in the future. I look forward to having them do the work and I highly recommend them.
I was just out of the hospital following major surgery. Coming into my living room after an hour sitting on my patio I heard "something very wrong." I quickly went into the kitchen, to find nearly a half inch of water on the floor! It seemed to be coming out of the little room adjacent to the kitchen where the washer/dryer and hot water heater are located. Opening the folding door I was greeted with water shooting everywhere from the top of the water heater! I quickly turned off the main water valve, and started mopping up the floor - but what was wrong? I found The Plumbing Company online, and called Steve, explaining my emergency situation. Justin showed up a very short time later - and as quickly determined the problem: pinholes in a galvanized supply pipe. What? Never heard of such a thing. Anyway, he quickly and efficiently replaced the offending part, explained fully what he'd done, and charged me what I considered a very fair amount. Service? Simply put - I'd call this company again in a minute. If you have plumbing problems, I urge you to do the same.
Justin came out and fixed our leak at the first try. This is after having another plumbing company try to charge me 6 times the amount he did and they didn't fix it. Thank you!
Steve is very knowledgeable about this type of work. He was able to identify the problem quickly, got the parts and had our radiant heating working in no time. Very pleasant person.
Steve Walters is a great guy and carefully explained what the service entailed and the price was very economical. Would recommend The Plumbing Co. highly!
Highly recommend! Personable, knowledgeable, considerate and fair! We will call again should we need any additional heating (boiler) or plumbing work!
